It was time for a spring fling last Saturday in Mantorville. Ongoing road construction may have somewhat limited attendance but the annual event still drew people to Riverside Park.Above, left, Cabin Fever entertained those who stopped by the Senior Citizen Center for lunch. Above right, Kevin Raway of Farmington took home the first place trophy in the garden tractor display. After the awards were announced the drivers took their tractors out for the annual parade. At left, Rookie the Clown was on hand to make balloon animals for the youngsters.
