Proposed projects and budgets on the Dodge Center City Council agenda

City Administrator Lee Mattson presented a resolution regarding the 2017 Improvement Project to the Dodge Center City Council at the Sept. 26 meeting. This resolution, created after a public hearing on the project, stated that improvements to the following streets are both necessary, cost-effective and feasible:

3rd Street SE between Central Avenue S and 4th Avenue SE

6th Avenue NW between 3rd Street NW and County Road 34

Sanitary Sewer Main between 6th Avenue NW and 5th Avenue NW

5th Avenue NW between 2nd Street NW and County Road 34

3rd Street NW between 5th Avenue NW and 6th Avenue NW

4th Street NW between 4th Avenue NW and 5th Avenue NW

Widseth Smith Nolting will be the engineer for the project, according to the resolution.

Increase the budget after passing the preliminary one, but not the levy.
