Moeun Mok, 29, Rochester, previously appeared and was convicted of felony possession of marijuana. Mok was sentenced to 18 months in St. Cloud State Prison.

Blotter Spotlight: Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance on Main St. E. in Dodge Center at 8:17 p.m.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office handled 170 complaints during the week of Feb. 15 — 21:
Feb. 15
Threats: At 7:59 a.m., a Dodge Center resident reported receiving threats.
Vandalism: Property damage was reported in the 100 block of 3rd Ave. NE in Dodge Center at 8:06 p.m.
Feb. 17
Vape: At 8:25 a.m., a student had a vape at Triton Schools.
Probation: At 1:07 p.m., a probation violation occurred in the 400 block of 2nd St. W. in Claremont.
Feb. 18
Larceny: At 4:14 p.m., deputy took a larceny report on Hwy. St. E. in Dodge Center.
Feb. 19
Threats: Deputies responded to a subject making threats in the 700 block of 10th Ave. NW in Dodge Center at 3:28 p.m.
Feb. 21
Vape: At 12:13 p.m., a student had a vape at Hayfield Schools.
Animal: Deputies received a report of a mini horse in the roadway at 145th Ave. and 560th St. in West Concord at 1:49 p.m.
Sex Offense: Deputies began an investigation of a sex offense in Dodge Center at 8:16 p.m.

The Kasson Police Department handled 56 complaints during the week of Feb. 15-21:
Feb. 15
Crash: At 8:05 a.m., a two-vehicle accident occurred in the 1800 block of Mantorville Ave. N.
Larceny: Officer took a theft report regarding cash and inventory at Burger King at 1:09 p.m.
Suspicion: Officers responded to suspicious activity on Main St. E. at 3:37 p.m.
Child Protection: Police received a child protection report from the 200 block of Countryview St.
at 3:46 p.m.
Feb. 16
Sexual Assault: Officers began an investigation of a sexual assault in the city at 8:59 a.m.
Crash: At 3:18 p.m., a fender bender occurred in the 600 block of 8th St. SE.
Suspicion: Officers responded to suspicious people in the 1100 block of 6th Ave. SE at 6:51 p.m.
Feb. 17
Suspicion: At 9:51 a.m., police received a report of a truck left in the 100 block of 2nd Ave. NW for over a week.
Assault: Officers responded to an assault in the 100 block of 16th St. NE at 1:44 p.m.
Missing Person: Police assisted with a missing child on 9th Ave. NW at 4:48 p.m.
Feb. 18
Shoplifting: Shoplifting incidents occurred at Second Time Around Thrift at 11:46 a.m. and Hardware Hark at 1:45 p.m.
Suspicion: Officers responded to suspicious activity on Main St. W. at 11:11 p.m.
Feb. 19
Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance in the 1300 block of 3rd St. NW at 6:21 p.m.
Feb. 21
Threats: Officers responded to a subject making threats in the 300 block of 1st Ave. NE at 9:01 a.m.
Assault: At 10:18 a.m., an assault occurred in the 2000 block of Mantorville Ave. N.
Fire: Officers responded to a car fire in the 200 block of 8th St. SE at 5:47 p.m.
Suspicion: At 10:53 p.m., kids were ringing doorbells on Sunset Ave.
