It is Ordered and Notice is given that on August 2, 2022, at 9:45 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 22 6th Street East, Mantorville, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, January 27, 2012, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Mark A. Mitchell, whose address is 938 7th Avenue SE, Rochester, MN, 55904 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.

 

Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

REGULAR BOARD MEETING

May 11, 2022

 

The regular meeting of the School Board of Independent School District No. 203, Hayfield, Minnesota was called to order by the Board Chair Patrick Towey Jr. at 5:32 PM. No Public forum. All board members present. Also in attendance was Superintendent Gregg Slaathaug. Administrative reports were received. Consent agenda items were approved. Additional items that were approved: Principals’ Association Contract, Information Technology Administrator Contract, Non-Union Wage Scale, Capital Outlay Budget & Requests, Head Boys Basketball Coach, Head Girls Basketball Coach, Head Wrestling Coach, Federal Program Coordinator for 2022-2023. Holtan moved, Heydt seconded to close the meeting at 6:31 PM for the purpose of Minnesota Statue 13D.05. Meeting opened at 7:02 PM. Other items that were approved: Resignation of Elementary Principal and Head Football Coach, approved new Head and Assistant Football Coaches. Discussion on Elementary Administrative Duties for 2022-2023. Meeting adjourned at 7:38 PM.
