Deplorables to the north of us, deplorable all around us

Now that Hillary Clinton has made it apparent that she’s considering another run for the White House in 2024 because Joseph R. (Let’s Go Brandon) Biden, Jr. is experiencing a lack of cognitive reasoning and she wants the Oval Office. Simply stated, Joe has lost his mind.

However, if Hillary becomes the Democrat’s go-to-candidate we will return to her ‘basket of deplorables’ and the name calling—‘racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic and Islamophobic’—who are actually the folks in flyover country.

Here’s her interpretation of her comments: “You know, to just be grossly generalistic, you could put half of Trump’s supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables. Right?” Clinton said. “The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic—you name it. And unfortunately there are people like that. And he has lifted them up.”

So, Mrs. Clinton considers half of those who voted against her to be irrelevant, sub-human and not worth her time.

Hillary may be interested in delaying her announcement until Special Counsel John Durham alleged in Friday’s legal filing that Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign paid an Internet company to “infiltrate” servers at Trump Tower and the White House to try to tie Donald Trump to Russia.

This elevates the allegations against the Clinton campaign to a whole new level. Durham’s filing proves that former President Donald Trump was being spied on during the campaign and later in the White House.

“...This is a threat to democracy” (our republic), said Rep. Michael Turner, Ohio. Durham’s investigation has uncovered a “whole new level of corruption and is of grave concern,” said Turner.

Why does this matter here in Dodge County? Well, the mid-term elections are just over eight months away. It matters because we will be voting for a full slate of House of Representatives, Senators and a governor. The stench of Clinton’s corruption will reach to the state house and senate and each local election in Dodge County and Byron. What was the response of the former president to Durham’s findings? “Trump seethed in a statement Saturday that Durham’s filing “provides indisputable evidence that my campaign and presidency were spied on by operatives paid by the Hillary Clinton Campaign in an effort to develop a completely fabricated connection to Russia,” according to a report in the New York Post.“?This is a scandal far greater in scope and magnitude than Watergate and those who were involved in and knew about this spying operation should be subject to criminal prosecution,” said Trump, who beat Clinton to score the White House in an upset in 2016.

Stay tuned for an exciting mid-term and buckle up for the 2024 campaign that has kicked off with Durham’s findings and Clinton’s sudden appearance.

DEPLORABLES

“The masses never revolt of their own accord, and they never revolt merely because they are oppressed. Indeed, so long as they are not permitted to have standards of comparison, they never even become aware that they are oppressed.”

— George Orwell, 1984
