Jeff Knudsen, 57, Mesa, Arizona

Jeff Knudsen, 57, of Mesa, AZ formerly of Kasson, MN entered into God’s kingdom on February 11, 2023. He was born on July 19, 1965, to Gary and Judy (Derby) Knudsen in Owatonna.

Jeff was a 1983 graduate of Kasson High School, where he was on the wrestling team. After graduation, Jeff enlisted in the United States Air Force and proudly served 8 years. He was a Security Specialist and a veteran of the Gulf War. After the military, he was a truck driver, where he drove over 2 million safe miles. Jeff was an amazing husband, dad, son, brother and uncle. He had a great sense of humor that will be deeply missed by all.

On June 24, 2006, Jeff married the one that he loved, Vicki Liebl, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Kasson.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Vicki Knudsen of Mesa, AZ, dad Gary (Edith) Knudsen of West Concord, step dad Jeff Leth of Mantorville, brother Scott (Linda) Knudsen of Mantorville, daughter Alycia (Jason) Frost of Rock Springs, WY, nephews David Knudsen of Mantorville and Shane Knudsen of Kasson, father in law Ted Liebl of Cathedral City, CA, brother in law Dean (David) Liebl-Goldberg of Palm Desert, CA.

Jeff was proceeded in death by his mom Judy Leth of Mantorville, sister and brother In law Dawn and Steve Byers of Kasson, grandparents Dave and Elvera Knudsen and Paul and Celia Derby, furbabies Jovi, Macy and Kenzi.

Jeff was joined in death by his mother-in-law Darlene Liebl of Cathedral City, CA.

Jeff, who was so deeply loved, will be greatly missed by his wife, furbabies Roxy, Molly, and Chloe, and all his family and friends.

A private burial will be held at a later date.
