Eunice Eloise Sackett, 99, Dodge Center

Eunice Eloise Sackett, 99, of Dodge Center passed away on Thursday, Jan. 21, 2021 at Mayo Clinic Saint Marys Campus in Rochester.

Eunice was born on Feb. 4, 1921 in Dodge County, to Edward and Beatrice (Beldon) Sackett. She worked at Triton Public Schools in the library. She loved all the Triton students and always treated them with little gifts. She was very well liked in her community. 

Eunice enjoyed gardening and spending time with her many nieces and nephews. She looked forward to her visits to Arizona and Georgia.  She was a member of Living Water Assembly Church in Dodge Center.  She will be deeply missed.

Eunice is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, two sisters and several nieces and nephews. 

A private family service has been held with Rev. Dan Johnson officiating. Interment was in Wildwood Cemetery in Wasioja.
