K-M soccer teams score wins

Kasson-Mantorville’s boys and girls soccer teams both scored wins in matches last week.

SOCCER BOYS DEFUSE BOMBERS

Kasson-Mantorville’s boys soccer bunch traveled to Cannon Falls last Tuesday, August 31, for a showdown with the Bombers. Emerging with a 3-0 victory, the KoMets were relentless in their defensive efforts. The game was tied, nil-nil, at the hiatus, and K-M goalie Lars Ingram had four saves in the contest. Scoring came from Abraham Ellinghysen (Jacob Goodman assisted), Adam Jennissen, and Jacob Goodman.
