Byron’s girls track team celebrated the just-ended season with a awards program.

Byron Girls Track celebrates great season

Byron’s Girls Track Team wrapped up another outstanding season and held their awards banquet to celebrate their team and individual accomplishments.

As a team the girls won their ninth HVL Conference Championship and also won the True Team Section Championship for the third year in a row. The girls finished eighth in the True Team State Meet. They also won every regular season meet they participated in as a full team.

The team recognized several girls for their contributions to the team and for their hard work in the classroom.
