KM students avoid major issues in test scores
When the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) announced the results of the 2020- 2021 testing last week, officials acknowledged that they “confirmed what we already knew,” that school closures and online and hybrid learning models resulted in a drop in test scores.
In response, the MDE announced a new statewide system, called COMPASS, to support learning recovery as they enter another school year that will be impacted by COVID-19.
