In August 1973, McKay Construction of Kasson was busy putting in streets east of the Maple Grove Cemetery in preparation for 10 spaces to be ready for occupancy in September. At the time, the mobile home park was owned by Fred Spading and William Bormann. The new park eventually planned for 47 mobile homes in the future.
